Personal fitness training
Gina uses a heart-rate monitor to ensure you'll be working within your optimum fat-burning and cardio zone throughout the session. You'll be exerting maximum effort through a series of varied exercises split into cardio fitness and strength training. This wonderful and exhilarating workout will give you increased energy and flexibility and improve your overall health.
Pilates brings mind and body together focusing strongly on total concentration, balance, precision and breathing. Pilates exercises are slow, controlled flowing movements primarily to strengthen the "core" muscles that stabilise and support the spine, realign the body and correct postural problems. Gina mixes both Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga flow and will adapt the session according to your energy levels, emotional wellbeing and ability.
